SoCal Upgrades schedules a visit with each and every client to see their property, hear their vision, and understand both client wants and needs. These details are taken back to our architectural team to begin the design process. While our designers begin drafting details, the complete project estimate and ADU Building contract is provided to the client for review.
Design & Permitting
SoCal Upgrade's team of architects and engineers specialize in ADU development, producing a plan based on exactly what our client is looking for. Once our client views and is satisfied with the final design, our permitting team submit the plans and all necessary documentation to the city for approval. The permitting team know what it takes to get approval as quickly as possible and avoid lengthy wait times.
Construction & Building
SoCal Upgrades Construction and Building team begin work as soon as approved permits are issued from the city. SoCal Upgrades schedules all periodic and final inspections to ensure our clients new ADU meets every city and county building code. This is our specialty and the key to ensuring an increase in property value and that our client's is able to use their ADU however they wish.

Making the decision to begin any type of construction can be stressful from both a timing and financial viewpoint. That's why at SoCal Upgrades we made it our goal to have financing options readily available to all customers.
